Payment and Delivery
The guarantee payment is included in the total order price and deducted from the amount payable upon receipt. Nova Poshta’s cash-on-delivery fee is charged separately according to the carrier’s rates.
Payment
You can pay for your order in one of three ways:
- Online payment through the WayForPay payment system.
- Payment using the Individual Entrepreneur’s bank details. After the order is placed, our manager will send you the payment details.
- Cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch. Before the order is dispatched, a mandatory guarantee payment of UAH 80 must be paid.

If the customer does not collect the order and the parcel is returned to the sender, the guarantee payment may be used to cover the actual outward and return delivery costs.
Delivery
Orders within Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta.
The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1–3 business days. The exact delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier’s operations.
Delivery costs are paid by the customer according to Nova Poshta’s rates unless free delivery applies to the order. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number.
