Goncharenko Center, 12 Mykhailivska Street, Zhytomyr
On August 8 at 12:00, psychologist Dmytro Telushko will hold an open lecture at the Honcharenko Center in Zhytomyr about anger, irritation, and inner tension.
We will talk about why a person may get angry over small things, accumulate unspoken resentment, react sharply to loved ones, or, on the contrary, stay silent for a long time and then explode. Dmytro will explain how anger is connected with personal boundaries, fatigue, a sense of injustice, and the need to be heard.
During the lecture, participants will be able to better understand their own reactions: when anger helps us notice something important, and when it turns into an automatic habit of self-protection. We will also discuss the difference between anger and aggression, guilt after feeling angry, and how to express dissatisfaction without damaging relationships.
The meeting format is 1.5 hours of live conversation, psychological explanations, symbolic images, examples, and answers to questions.
