The lecture “Personal Boundaries in Times of Crisis” will take place at the Goncharenko Centre in Zhytomyr on October 3, 2026, at 12:00.
People sometimes remember their boundaries only after fatigue and irritation have built up, or when an important relationship begins to feel as though there is too little room left for them.
The lecture will explore how to notice these changes earlier, review the current state of personal boundaries, and understand what now needs attention. It will also examine how to protect boundaries during a crisis and begin rebuilding them when it seems that the right moment has already passed.
The lecture will be led by Dmytro Telushko, psychologist and founder of MriyaRun. Dmytro will also present self-guided psychological tools that can bring these observations into daily life, support closer attention to personal reactions, and help consolidate new ways of relating over time.
