Goncharenko Center, 12 Mykhailivska Street, Zhytomyr
On September 5 at 12:00 p.m., psychologist Dmytro Telushko will host a live presentation of his diary-style book *On Emotions: Anger—How to Understand and Cope With It* at the Goncharenko Center in Zhytomyr.
We’ll talk about anger as an important emotion that often masks boundaries, needs, fatigue, pain, or the desire to be heard. Dmytro will share how the book came to be, which ideas didn’t make it into the final version, and the mishaps, internal debates, unexpected discoveries, and stories from the writing process.
At the event, participants will learn what the book is about, why the image of a dragon is used in it, how the writing exercises work, and how this journal differs from a typical book about emotions.
The event will consist of 1.5 hours of live conversation, a presentation, Q&A, and candid stories about the creation of this psychological product.
After the talk, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of the book and receive a gift.
