You may return or exchange Goods within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of receipt.

A return is accepted provided that:

• the Goods have not been used;

• their saleable condition and consumer properties have been preserved;

• the packaging, labels and contents are complete and undamaged;

• proof of payment has been retained.

Under Ukrainian law, printed publications of satisfactory quality are not subject to mandatory return or exchange. Nevertheless, MriyaRun voluntarily accepts books, journals and workbooks within 14 calendar days, provided that the conditions above are met.

If the return is unrelated to a defect, damage or an error in the Order, the customer pays the return delivery costs. The original delivery charge is not refundable.

If you receive Goods with a manufacturing defect, damage, missing contents or Goods that do not correspond to your Order, please contact us and provide photographs or video.

After reviewing the request, we will offer a replacement, supply the missing items or issue a refund. MriyaRun will cover reasonable delivery costs in such cases.

Digital Products

Digital materials cannot be returned once functional access has been provided. If a file or link is not received, cannot be opened or has a technical defect, please contact us. We will provide access again or remedy the issue.

Please provide:

• your Order number;

• your full name;

• your contact telephone number;

• the reason for the return or exchange;

• photographs or video if the Goods are damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

After receiving your request, our manager will provide the return address and instructions. Do not return Goods cash on delivery without prior approval.

Unless otherwise agreed, refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original payment.

The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the returned Goods have been received and inspected.
