1. Love as the Center of Gravity
"The place of love must be at the center of your emotional life."
True literacy is when the mind serves the heart. Every decision, word, or action must pass the test: "Does this add love to my life and the lives of my loved ones?". Only intelligence with a heart at its center is capable of healing.
2. Honesty as the Foundation of Trust

Waiting for partners to guess our desires is a childish illusion. Emotional maturity means taking responsibility for voicing your needs. Saying "I want" is not selfishness; it is an instruction for others on how to love you.
4. No Power Plays (Active Position)
"Do not play power games... Gently but firmly ask for what you want."
Power games are attempts to force someone through guilt or fear. The alternative is a direct request. Asking directly makes us vulnerable, but it commands respect.
5. Protection from Manipulation (Passive Position)
"Do not allow yourself to be the target of power games."
You have the right not to do what goes against your will. The ability to say "No" without aggression, but firmly, protects your inner space. Your "No" to others is a big "Yes" to yourself.
6. Respect for Otherness
"Respect the ideas, feelings, and desires of others as your own."
To respect means to acknowledge: "Your feelings are real." You don't have to agree, but you have no right to devalue another's experience.
7. The Power of Apology
"Apologize and make amends... Nothing will develop you faster."
We all hurt each other. Mistakes don't destroy relationships; indifference to the pain caused does. The ability to say "I was wrong, how can I fix this?" turns conflict into growth.
8. Sincerity in Remorse
"Do not allow insincere apologies."
"Fine, I'm sorry, just calm down" is a form of deception. If you don't feel regret, it's better to remain silent and take a pause. Honest silence is better than fake words.
9. The Equilateral Triangle
"Love yourself, others, and the truth in equal parts."
Imagine an equilateral triangle: Me, You, and the Truth. If you sacrifice yourself, you become a victim. If you sacrifice the truth, you live in an illusion. Harmony is possible only when all three elements are equally important.
