Every person strives for happiness, even if he does not admit it to anyone, including himself. The desire for happiness, joy, vitality is in everyone. Consciously or unconsciously, we strive for a feeling of happiness, for life to be filled with special colors of joy and the aroma of success.
You can and should want to
But being happy is not easy. There are so many reasons for suffering around that people begin to believe in the impossibility of enjoying life every day, every minute, every second.

You are watching a movie where the heroes live in luxurious apartments, drive shiny cars, and next to them are chic ladies and courageous men. You involuntarily compare yourself with them, and dissatisfaction with your own life grows. This feeling can push you forward to a better life, or on the contrary, it can stop you, loading your shoulders with the burden of hopelessness.
You walk down the street, and expensive cars fly past you, throwing mud from spring puddles at passers-by. You know how much these limousines cost. You involuntarily feel your humiliation when the domineering gaze from the window passing by looks down on you from head to toe. They are the masters of life, not you.
The desire to own expensive, prestigious things hides in the subconscious, so as not to disturb the soul, or rather, so that it is impossible to notice what disturbs the soul - the desire to live beautifully. A person looks into his head and says: "See? There is nothing. I do not want anything. I am enlightened!"
His face, eyes, hands, the whole figure say something else - "I don't understand why everyone has it, and I don't!? Why do I have it!? Maybe I'm not like that... It will always be like that. Never anything won't change..." But he is also wrong here. Everything can be changed.
It is natural and normal to want to live in abundance.
You don't need to hide your desires from yourself. It's like children playing hide-and-seek, when the seeker approaches the hidden one, whose head is under the blanket and whose bottom is exposed, and shouts: "Where are you, I can't see you!" All our desires are natural. Let them be. As long as you resist your urges, they will grow stronger. Resistance increases back pressure—this is the law of life.
Accept your desires and let them be as natural to you as the feeling of hunger or the desire to pull the blanket at night, when the heel is cold from the draft that flows through the crack in the window. Allow yourself to want gorgeous women, expensive men, a lot of money, a beautiful and rich life. Allow yourself to want it really, really, really, to the core. So that tears flow from the fact that you do not have it. Allow yourself to want, and then you will be surprised to feel that the lack of what you want has stopped tormenting you.

Why is it important to be the master of desires? Because these desires are not yours. They were imposed on you by society, which benefits from making you want to buy more and more expensive things. First, it is beneficial for the economy. Secondly, it enslaves people, and this is what society, or rather its leaders, needs.
The economy is the blood of the state. People are his blood cells. If you don't buy, society will have nothing to control you. A crisis will come. And this cannot be allowed, so you are simply obliged to buy and want to buy even more. And the enslavement consists in the fact that people, tied to their desires, are not inclined to social experiments, but on the contrary, they seek stability.
Society plays a terrible and evil game with us. We are convinced that happiness depends on an apartment, a car, clothes, etc. If you have that, you can be happy. If not, sorry! What can be happiness!? Work!
People understand this game mentally. I have no doubt that reading these lines, some will sigh: "I'm old, I've heard, I've read, I know...". But if you listen to your thoughts, you will find that you are chained to your desires like Prometheus to a rock.
A beacon of hope
How many times has it been said that we all play all the time. At work, we are superiors or subordinates. At home we are wives, sisters, mothers and children. When we visit, we are socialite or fun friends. In transport, we are an impregnable fortress. And so on, and so on.
We are so used to these roles that we play them easily and casually. Imagine that you are going to work. With the worried look of a person who has just been transported, you approach your office and begin to transform - a smile on your face, a businesslike gait - hello, hello, hello, hello. From this moment on, you are different - everything is easy and relaxed. Or, here is another example: a doctor in a polyclinic is preparing to receive patients. Now he is not at all what he was when he had dinner at home.
The same thing happens with our behavior - we are so used to it that we simply do not notice it. More precisely, we do not notice and do not think about the moment of transformation that occurs when we discard the old role and begin to play another. No one ever taught us this.
We absolutely do not think about how and why we change. We don't think about how we manage to transform so instantly. And you know why we never think about it? Simply because we don't notice it. No matter how much we think and do not notice such a natural process as, for example, breathing. We just breathe, that's all. We breathe in, we breathe out. What to think here?
A person can walk on coal and on broken glass. A person can do everything. Remember at least public hypnosis sessions. Believe that a person can do anything. And since you are also human, you can do anything. Fix this thought in your memory - a person can do anything.
And now we come to the most interesting part - how to learn what we have never been taught. You can learn. It is difficult only at first, because there is no experience. It is also difficult for a child to take its first steps. But over time, the child gains experience in walking, and in the future, some of them grow up to be world champions in running. See how easy it is with runners? They have many years of experience in teaching running, including under the guidance of a coach.
Try to realize that the main thing in any business is desire and gradualness. Wish to learn, learn, understand. Have patience. Imagine a light somewhere ahead, flickering and warm, calling. It will burn forever, calling you. It is a beacon of hope, future happiness and good luck. And begin to strive for it gradually, without paying attention to the long distance. Don't forget about him. Think about him, he not only gives a chance, he is a chance.

Take your time. Do not rush to gain knowledge and experience today or tomorrow. Do not be in a hurry to change your life, circumstances, and solve problems instantly. Everything will come gradually. Just remember that light, don't forget it. And think. But now it's different, in a new way. And everything will work out, everything will turn out and be arranged.
Your hidden desires
Your desires, which your knowledge helps with what calms you down — "You know that... So what? Nothing has changed... So, nothing will change... Why be nervous? Relax..."
Do not believe this voice. He is deceiving you. We are people to change, grow, develop. And he who does not go up, falls down...
In playing its games, society does paradoxical things. On the one hand, it instills the idea that being rich is honorable, and on the other hand, the idea that rich people are criminals and dishonest is quietly launched. This contradiction explodes in our brains: is it possible to be rich like this or not!? We want it, and we don't want it... The absurdity is obvious, but no one notices it. By imposing the idea of wealth, society pushes us to commit crimes, for which it is then tried, depriving us of freedom or simply shooting. The essence of most crimes is the desire to make money without much effort. But the cause of crimes is not an innate tendency of human nature, but the need for a beautiful life, caused by society.
Allow yourself to fantasize a little. One fine day, scientists invented an aerosol that completely removes all imposed values from a person, frees them from limiting beliefs, and makes a person himself. And so these liberated people stop buying unnecessary gold, because they are confident in themselves and do not need to prove their importance. Free people stop going to expensive restaurants, because they are fed no worse at home, and do not show off in front of anyone and for nothing - they are confident in themselves. Free people do not seek to buy the most expensive car, because women value intelligence and spiritual beauty, not a cool car. On one fine day, all social relations built on fear of the future, the oppression of freedom of thought and the imposition of other people's values suddenly took over and collapsed. Perfectly?

Of course, this is an unrealistic picture... This will not happen in our lifetime... This is a utopia, an ideal goal that can be a direction for the future. And on the way to that future, there are more specific goals that everyone can achieve. For example, to get out of the power of imposed values and desires in order to become a slightly freer person.
Hidden desire is an energy that is surrounded on all sides by restraining energy of the same nature. In fact, you are fighting with yourself, trying to strangle yourself with your right hand and tearing the right one away with your left. Imagine how much of your strength is spent on such an internal struggle?
To hide a desire is to hide it from oneself in order to deceive oneself into believing that it does not exist. But if you look away from the muzzle, the bullet will still crush the head, even if you don't notice it. Lying to oneself brings nothing but pain and spiritual ruin. Only the acceptance of ALL desires will free you from those that are destructive to you.
Read your list of natural desires over and over again. Enjoy your desires. Accept them with gratitude and joy. After all, it is your desires that change your life. Let your hidden fantasy arise in you and at some point capture you completely, shaking and closing all internal forces into one strong knot. And then this energy will change and spread throughout your body in a continuous flow of bliss. This is the most important criterion for the correct performance of the exercise - first heaviness and pain, and then a sharp, quantum change and bliss. You will succeed. I believe in you!
