Perfectionism: definition and characteristics
Perfectionism is a tendency to set excessively high standards for oneself and others, as well as a tendency to self-criticize when these standards are not met. People facing perfectionism are usually very detailed, organized, ambitious and want to achieve high results in everything they do.

Conscious Perception: First of all, understand that you don't have to be perfect. Acknowledge your fears and anxieties related to striving for perfection.
Realistic Goals: Set goals that require effort but are still achievable. Try to be flexible and focus on the process, not just the result.
Prioritize: Identify the tasks that require maximum attention and perfection and those where less detail is acceptable.
Learn to accept mistakes: Mistakes are part of the learning and growth process. Take them as an opportunity to improve.
Enlist support: Talk to friends, colleagues, or professionals who can help you understand that your standards are realistic.
Practice of meditation and mindfulness: These practices can help reduce anxiety and critical thinking.
Make sure you try to be kind to yourself and strive for a balance between achieving high results and maintaining your psychological emotional stability. With understanding and work on yourself, you will be able to experience a positive change and overcome the shadow of perfectionism on the way to success and satisfaction in work and life.
