MriyaRun is a media platform-journal about courage, responsibility, decisions, actions and, ultimately, change.
It's about choices, about the conscious life you choose, about faith and fears, about thrills, dreams, efficiency and achievements.

It's about organization, discipline, motivation and inspiration. It's about stability having its flaws and how to use "bottom energy" to push back and move in the right direction. This is for those who have already failed and disappointed many times, and for those who have just dared to take the first step.
It is about the fact that suffering can become a driver of progress and that there comes a moment when there is a desire and energy to change the situation and condition.
The project was created on the basis of world-recognized practices and supplemented with author's schedules and the unique experience of leading specialists in the field of psychology, sports (fitness, athletics), business, sociology, and IT. It will help you analyze your life, find answers to life's questions, adjust your path to your goal and improve yourself.
This is a tool that, combined with your actions and the support of specialists, will effectively change your habits, allow you to abandon harmful scenarios, give you the freedom to choose the best for yourself and the opportunity to live the way you dreamed of.
It's about decisions. You are the main character in this game and you go through your adventure, improving yourself with each level and enjoying the process.

Problems
Under the influence of fear, social environment and bullying, our hero loses the opportunity to correctly define his priorities and begins to implement a destructive scenario.
Destructive goals distract him from the main goal. Life passes in automatic mode "as in hell". Goals that are planted by society or are destructive come first. Psychological injuries distort reality and perception of the world. The hero does not have the energy and time to take care of himself and move towards a constructive goal.
As a result, the goal remains only a dream.
What steps should be taken to get out of this scenario? How to pave the way to a dream? How to understand what you really want?
False goals
Even a generally good goal can become false for a specific person and lead our hero very far from what he really needs.
For example, marriage, winning championships, a pumped-up body, a high social status or a diploma from a prestigious university can be false goals if a person has set them under the influence of the environment or family. And ultimately lead to disappointment.
The diary, of course, does not solve this problem, but as a tool it can help achieve a constructive goal, which is also not bad :)
Decision
Under the influence of internal anxiety and the social environment, our hero begins to look for ways to get rid of the consequences of unhealthy symptoms. He applies various labels to himself and gets more and more entangled in the traps he has set himself, shifting the responsibility to others.
The right decision is to understand the reasons and correct your actions. The diary and the website are tools that will help organize a way out of the situation and see the light on the way to the goal. They are effective means, but the best result, of course, will be achieved in cooperation with a mentor. At the same time, thanks to the use of gamification, they can be a great solution for increasing self-discipline and motivation.
With the help of videos and checklists, during the course, the awareness of how to build a path to achieving your dream is corrected. Why is this so important? Everything that the brain does not understand is considered non-constructive and erroneous. This goal is perceived as incorrect and the brain tries to avoid it as impractical. Therefore, if you do not understand how to get from point A to point B, then it is pointless to spend energy on it. It will remain only your dream.
Correction of thinking
With the help of videos and checklists, during the course, a certain correction of the subconscious mind is carried out in terms of building a path to achieve the dream.
Why is this important? Everything that our brain does not understand is a non-constructive false path for it. This goal is labeled as incorrect and the brain avoids it as nonsense.
Therefore, if you do not understand how to get from point A to point B, then it is pointless to spend energy on it. It will remain only your dream.
Subconscious
The subconscious mind is similar to the program-assistant-archivist of our brain's data. It responds and believes in all the requests of our thinking, and also adjusts its work according to our requests.
In a state of anxiety, our subconscious begins to work on destructive goals. For example, there is a need to run somewhere, to do something, to overload the mind and body. Also, when danger appears, the subconscious will try to take control.
We will try to slow down this process as much as possible and reduce the stress of our hero. All our tools on the platform are aimed at reducing anxiety and negative experiences. Because if we fail to eliminate anxiety, it's a breakdown - it's only a matter of time.
Diary

Journaling helps our hero focus on himself and understand his own needs, values and goals. This process contributes to self-knowledge, increasing self-awareness and improving personal development.
Journaling helps you identify patterns or habits that may be harmful or limiting. The diary allows you to track personal development and progress in achieving goals. We can effectively track and analyze achievements, small steps forward, as well as problems that arise during the change process. In general, keeping a diary is a tool for self-discovery, self-development and relaxation. It allows you to maintain emotional well-being and work on personal growth.
Graphs
Graphs help to transform numerical data into a visual form, which facilitates the perception and understanding of this data. They allow you to quickly identify dependencies, trends, randomness, or deviations in data, how one variable influences or depends on another. It helps you understand cause-and-effect relationships and make smarter decisions based on those relationships.
In our project, we use several types of graphs, including our author's development.
This will allow us to see which areas are more important and need improvement, what is repeated and what needs to be crossed out, how mood affects our progress and what trends it has.
Hence, graphs help us understand trends, dependencies, and relationships, which in turn will help us make better decisions and achieve success on the way to our goals.
Mentoring
In order to significantly increase the chances of restructuring and getting on the path to achieving your goal/dream, coaching-mentoring is provided.
A mentor can help our hero identify your goals, discover your inner motivations, and form concrete steps to achieve those goals. It can also help deal with harmful beliefs or negative emotions that may be preventing you from achieving success.
This will provide support, motivation and provide the necessary tools to overcome obstacles, strengthen self-discipline and develop the skills necessary to achieve goals.
With more in-depth collaboration, the process can include developing an action plan, setting reminders, sharing small steps, and taking a positive approach to achieving goals. This approach is the most productive and useful for the development of motivation to achieve goals, personality development and self-improvement.
Journey to a dream
To reach the top, it is necessary to have positive conditions in everything that we have in our arsenal, because the absence of these conditions can slow down our progress or stop it altogether.

Responsibility
Our project is not limited by age. Therefore, it is suitable for both adults and teenagers. But there is one "but"!
From time to time, parents make decisions for their children and, with good intentions, make decisions for them.
Responsibility and guilt are different things. Guilt indicates who is guilty of something, and responsibility indicates who will change life for the better.
Good intentions are great, but in our case they are fundamentally destructive. Our hero must take responsibility for his life and make it better.
You can provide recommendations, and instructions are given only by a trainer who has received prior approval for such actions. Control will lead to frustration, quarrels and problems.
The only rule is to respect the private area of a loved one. Your disrespect for her choices is worse than what you believe to be her wrong actions.
Self-development
The basic course we are currently developing is completely free. It provides daily recommendations for actions with filling in the diary and schedules. The course includes motivational guidance, short videos, and links to referral resources.
