Really make sure that it's your desire to start exercising, not your mom's, your girlfriend's, your husband's or your wife's. Is it really yours? What will it do? How will your life change?
2. Are you ready to allocate time for this and how much?
3. What are you ready to give up?
4. Are there people who will support you in the first stages of your endeavor?
If these questions did not frighten you and you are ready to go further, I recommend that you start by choosing a hall or a direction that will be interesting. If you do not know what this or that workout is, visit a trial workout and find exactly what you will like.

Make sure that the sneakers correspond to the type of training you will be doing. For example, running shoes are too soft and won't be suitable for crossfit, while crossfit shoes are too stiff and won't be comfortable for functional training.
The uniform should be comfortable and not cause discomfort when performing various exercises, synthetic, breathable.
