5. If I start now, what are the long-term benefits?
If bad things push us forward, good things pull us down. Think of the good things that will happen if you start working now. For example, if you call a customer and close a deal, you will earn money and buy the desired item. If you write and publish a book, you will become a famous author.
6. What did I do during the day?
Ask yourself that right now. You may realize that you have done nothing to bring yourself closer to your goal. It will spur you to action. Successful people often ask themselves this question: they want to make sure that they have done enough for the day to reach their goal.
